These general Terms govern online use. A proposal, engagement letter, service agreement or other specific written arrangement may also govern a professional service. For that engagement, the specific agreement prevails to the extent of an actual conflict, subject to applicable law.

Provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure and use only access granted to you. Complete verification and OTP steps honestly, and notify Realtgate of suspected unauthorised access. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or legal compliance. An enquiry alone does not create an account or grant portal access.

Listing details may come from owners, sellers, representatives or other authorised sources. Availability and information can change. Review relevant details independently and obtain appropriate legal, technical or financial advice before a transaction. A submission, listing or coordination activity does not itself guarantee approval, title, valuation, financing, sale, purchase, letting or completion.

Buyer and seller services may include enquiries, search and shortlisting, listing preparation, viewing arrangements, communication and transaction-related coordination. The scope depends on the engagement. We do not guarantee a particular property, price, buyer, financing or completed transaction.

Under an agreed engagement, Realtgate may maintain property and tenancy records, coordinate owners and tenants, monitor occupancy, follow up payments, organise maintenance, inspections, notices, communication and reports. These activities do not guarantee uninterrupted occupancy, rent collection, tenant conduct, appreciation or freedom from maintenance issues.

Project design, execution or oversight follows the defined professional scope. SmartHub Pro can organise milestones, evidence, communications and updates for authorised participants. A dashboard status is a recorded activity view, not a guarantee of regulatory approval, contractor performance, budget, timetable, completion or engineering certification unless expressly provided under an applicable engagement.

Each site calls for an appropriate approach. Professional observations and available information inform the agreed geological support; further investigation, testing or specialist assessment may be agreed based on the site and your needs. Website illustrations are educational, not a site-specific assessment, and no particular groundwater or geological outcome is guaranteed.

SmartHub Pro supports connected records, communication, workflow, visibility and follow-up. Access is limited to the information and actions relevant to your authorised role. Do not access, share or alter another person’s private records without authority.

Do not submit fraudulent or unlawful information, impersonate others, bypass security, access accounts without permission, introduce malware, interfere with service operation, scrape or automate abusive requests, infringe rights or upload harmful material. We may investigate and take proportionate action where misuse occurs.

Realtgate and its licensors retain rights in the brand, logo, website design, SmartHub Pro software and original materials. You retain rights in material you lawfully provide; you grant Realtgate the limited permission needed to host, process and share it with authorised participants to provide the requested service. Respect third-party rights and do not reuse protected materials without permission.

External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make Realtgate responsible for an unrelated website. Our use of service providers to handle your data remains subject to our own applicable obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep services available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may maintain, improve or temporarily restrict portions of the platform where reasonably necessary. Existing paid engagements remain subject to their specific agreements and applicable law.

Information and platform records support coordination but do not replace a signed professional assessment or independent due diligence. To the extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, liability for general website use is limited to losses reasonably attributable to Realtgate’s breach or wrongful conduct; nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific paid services remain subject to their applicable agreements.

Nigerian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights and any applicable specific agreement. Please contact Realtgate first with a concern so it can be reviewed. Disputes may be pursued through the competent processes available under Nigerian law. We may revise these Terms and will identify the current effective date above and communicate material changes appropriately.
